Buying a home is about exploring possibilities and finding the perfect fit for your lifestyle. Below are general steps in the buying process that will give you an idea of what to expect. Remember, I'll be with you to guide and support you along the way.
Intro Call
The first step is scheduling a call with me to determine your needs. Budget, your wish list, preferred location, and timeline are key items to discuss. You’ll have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about the process, the market and about me.
Make the Offer
This is where I can use my expertise with the market conditions, valuations and contracts. I negotiate offers with your best interests in mind and have been very successful for my clients.
Get Pre-Approval for Mortgage
I can refer you to a lender for a loan pre-approval before you start the search for a home so you know how much you can spend and demonstrate to the sellers that you are serious about buying a home.
The Closing
When you have an accepted offer, we have a list of next steps to secure your home. I will provide you with a Closing Steps Guide that walks you through each requirements. However, I will still be at your side to guide you every step of the way.
Start the Search
The fun begins! I'll use your criteria to arrange viewings of homes that I believe you'll love, and then help you narrow it down to your favorites. When you decide you've found your "future home", we'll get to work to ensure you get what you want.
